Coordinate with Plant HR Manager for managing admin functions at plant. 2. Supervision of Facility Management, Housekeeping, Estate management (landscaping & plantation). 3. Co-ordination & supervision on office maintenance. 4. Supervision of Company Owned Vehicles, Hired Taxies & Transport Management 5. Supervision of Plant Canteen & Basic Amenities 6. Supervision of Employee Accommodation 7. Supervision of Scrap and waste management 8. Security management & visitor management 9. Contract Labor Management 10. Communicating with employees, management, and other stakeholders about facility-related matters. 11. Addressing concerns and feedback related to facility management. Qualifications Graduate having hard core administrative work experience preferably in factory. SKILL SETS: Working experience in factory is preferred. Basic knowledge of CLR&A Act related compliance. Good command over advance excel, MS word. Highly Collaborative Possess Developing & Motivating mindset Drive for results & Accountability Good in data Analysis & Decision Making Good in Operational Efficiency Strong desire for Driving Change
