Role Objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.
Role Responsibilities:
Account Management/ Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
Customer NPS Lead the key account management teams and oversee the procurement and fulfillment operations for key customers
Ensure all RFQs are quoted within time to customers.
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner.
Work Experience
B2B KAM/Sales background with min 4+ years of experience from in Manufacturing/ Industrial sector clients
Knowledge/ Skills
Excellent communication & people management skills
High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situations
Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets
Education
B. Tech & MBA from Tier 2/3/4 institute
