Job Description



:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to support and maintain product and process changes for the websites.
  • Support the entire lifecycle of the website process and ongoing system improvements through the execution of user acceptance testing, data harvesting, data set up, data masking and the operational processes which may include refreshing data, sample PDFs or other sample documents within the website.
  • Compile and analyze website metrics for leadership
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the end to end websites.
  • Demonstrated ability to process and perform data setup work with a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and enhance business knowledge and skills that align with the changing business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with detailed information.
  • Pursue learning and self-development through attending relevant training courses, job shadowing, and establishing personal networks.
Strong appreciation for how data works end to end in digital experiences and interactive simulations
  • Able to analyze key trends in visits, views, sessions, pages, duration and more for the websites. (Nice to Have Expertise Skillset for Google Analytics, can be trained internally).


Qualifications:
Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Integrated Marketing and a cross functional team to develop strategic and executional approaches for longer term projects which have a significant impact on multiple business units.
  • Coordinate across teams on campaign assets, presentations and summaries for leaders in the company.
  • Support creative strategies and approaches to demand generation and awareness campaigns.
  • Help project manage the activation of the brand and cross channel campaigns.
  • Support and project manage the activation of the brand internally including coordinating assets, managing reviews and timelines.
  • Support the collection of data to analyze campaigns and develop reports on campaign performance.
  • Project Manage deliverables needed for successful engagement with our brand with internal and external audiences. Summarize statuses for leadership.
  • Flawlessly support the execution of campaigns ensuring that all deliverables and KPIs are met.


Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience in managing reviews and organizing creative assets.
  • Experience partnering across teams to activate campaigns on multiple channels.
  • Experience within insurance or other financial service-marketing industries that use multiple sales channels to deliver B2B, B2C and B2B2C demand generation and creating unparalleled brand experiences.
  • Proven track record working with and managing multiple clients and internal teams working on marketing campaigns and creative development.
  • Strong collaborative partner able to successfully work in a matrix organization.
  • Strong ability to make sound decisions.
  • Highly-organized, detail-oriented and focused on consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant marketing and project management experience
