Description The IT Operations Engineer supports in the delivery of tasks and activities that manage customer / business / user needs (regarding IT requirements) and ensure customer satisfaction with Vodafone IT products and services in line with Customer Services Management strategy. The IT Operations Engineer conveys a good understanding of established concepts and procedures regarding administrating and maintaining assigned applications, services, systems and solutions, incident management, problem management, change and release management and some vendor management, through the delivery of defined activities. Typically reports to the Senior IT Operations Team Leader.Job ID -211805 (#_VOIS ) Role & Responsibility Looking for experienced professional with atleast 2-3yrs experience for Pune location Providing L2 Support to Apps application Expert in below technologies Hands-on deployment, Investigation, Configuration and support all different components of Oracle Fusion Middleware ( SOA, OSB, including the WebLogic App server and related Oracle Database) , Coherence Support multiple integration projects in the middleware space, troubleshooting middle-tier issues and assisting developers on infrastructure related issues. Provide Service & Infrastructure Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Hands-on admin and configuration for multiple WebLogic domains supporting full SDLC for several projects.
