The IT Operations Engineer supports in the delivery of tasks and activities that manage customer / business / user needs (regarding IT requirements) and ensure customer satisfaction with Vodafone IT products and services in line with Customer Services Management strategy. The IT Operations Engineer conveys a good understanding of established concepts and procedures regarding administrating and maintaining assigned applications, services, systems and solutions, incident management, problem management, change and release management and some vendor management, through the delivery of defined activities. Typically reports to the Senior IT Operations Team Leader.(Job ID :-208907 #_VOIS )

Oracle Fusion Middleware/FMW

• Operations - L2 support activities for FMW (SOA&AIA)
• As part of L2 support team person will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests within defined SLAs and KPIs and willing to work in 24*7 shifts.
• Support includes keeping solution up and running handling of remedy incidents due to any operational issues and/or functionality issues regular housekeeping and maintenance tasks troubleshooting coordination with other groups as part of L2 support.
• Working closely with L3 support teams for complex functional issues related to configurations code defects and enhancements. Work with deployment teams to ensure smooth handovers between BAU L2 support team and deployment teams for any development release support patch roll outs.
• Good understanding on FMW (SOA&AIA), good at Unix commands and basic understanding of DB like DDL,DML, etc..

Technical skills

Technical Skills:

• SERVER : Weblogic 11g/12c Administration.
• TECHNOLOGY : OSB SOA & AIA components
• Strong with unix/Linux.
• Database operation.
• Good to have APM skills
