We are looking for a region Institutional Acquisition Team Member for client with a Pan India Footprint based at KolkataJob Details :Location : KolkataGrade : Manager/AMNature of Role : Team Management , Field ProfileFunction Name: : ACQUISITIONDivision/ Dept: : INSTITUTIONAL ACQUISITIONCTC : Industry StandardsExperience : 3+ yrs exp in B2C sales background with relevant experience in telecom/real estate and site acquisition will be preferred.Education : Regular Graduation with MBAKnowledge Required : Real Estate, Sales, Project Management, Exposure to Statues and Local Bye LawsSkills / Competencies : Communication & Negotiation Skills, People Management Skills, Liaison Skills, Customer HandlingPrincipal Purpose of the Job- To acquire sites from government & private institutions in line with customer requirement. Focus on delivering difficult & critical sites with established processes.- Tracking and Participation in various tenders notified by various authorities- Target top institutions, smart cities notified across the country and over MNCs- Agreement sign-off, Due Diligence, Legal Deviations and way forward.- Case and Rentals Impacting EBITA- Progress on deliveries and support required- Review on Deliverables- RF Clearances, Material Movement Schedule, Solutions to Critical areas of access issues/LL Issues- Interaction with officials and maintain relationship with key institutions, which help in acquiring critical locations, policy formations/amendments- Identification of institutions to work upon proposal of sites, initial requirements- Any initial proposal submission to Institution without having any commercial offering- Application for new sites permission- Tender participation after having all approvals in place- Commercial proposal submission to InstitutionsKRA1. RFAI through IA sites in region- LOI (site count) to SP Conversion %- Number of customer workshop/meetings- Mapping of open orderbook with IA acquired funnel2. New Institution Accounts to added in region- Acquisition of sites from institutions such as MCs, Development authority, police station etc.- Tender Management, Technical eligibility & participation in 100% of tender- Positioning and follow-up Meetings with Institutions in region, maintaining relationship on regular basis3. Growth in sites Portfolio- Addition of new sites- IA sites rental payment as per the contract- IA site sharing4.
