We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Workday Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, interpreting gathered data and preparing/publishing reports for the business heads and management.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Provides support in resolving Workday related requests assigned to the HR System team.

\xc2\xb7 Develop, implement, and maintain custom reports, dashboard and calculated fields to meet the business requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Deliver high quality support for Core HCM, Recruitment, Business Process and Security configurations.

\xc2\xb7 Understand inconsistencies present in the reports coming through Workday.

\xc2\xb7 Establish single source of truth for accurate data.

\xc2\xb7 Automation and digitization post set up of reporting rhythm.

\xc2\xb7 Propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients.

Minimum qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, MBA or equivalent degree with a strong academic record.

\xc2\xb7 Good working experience with global stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Relevant years of hands on experience and understanding in the workday ERP application.

\xc2\xb7 Strong Workday functional knowledge and project management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills.

\xc2\xb7 Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
