Job Description


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Coordinate between inbound, outbound and warehousing teams for any operational issues and effective team performance.Work closely with the customer, BA (or any other third party vendor) and his team for attainment of KPIs.Monitoring MIS and KPIs and taking corrective measures in case of non attainment.Responsible for overall inventory accuracy, process adherence and 5S for the site.Driving process improvement / cost saving / productivity improvement projects.Customer Management and working towards increase in customer satisfaction index.Monitoring operating cost for his location and ensuring that the designed margins are maintained.Regular Process Audit.Compliance to legal and Statutory norms.Adequate Training of team.SLA assessment.Deliverables-FFR as per targets.Alignment of Internal business processes for achieving revenue and service level target.Discrepancy Control and Resolution.Service Support.Manage and Drive SQPC.To provide world-class Supply Chain Services to internal and external customers by organizing network of transporters and warehouse service providers Maintain regular interface with customers, sales, purchase, Mfg, govt officials etc as needed.Proven management skills, specifically in setting up of new warehouses and development of logistics and inventory control policies and procedures.Capability to implement innovative and cost-effective measures related to inventory management, warehouse operations, materials distribution and fixed asset control.Formulates methodologies and tools to execute efficiently the logistics programs and to safeguard effectively the companys inventory of materials and fixed assets.Regularly develops new systems and cost-effective policies and procedures on warehouse operations, inventory management and fixed asset monitoring and control.Formulates and ensures effective implementation of the guidelines on weekly, quarterly, and year-end inventory count of inventory items in all warehouses and storerooms Ascertains that all inventory variances are properly accounted for.Ensures smooth implementation of the Waste Management and Scrap Disposal program.To implement various latest trends and tools in the supply chain management in the warehouse operations to improve the productivity and quality of service provided to the end customer.Create robust Warehouse Operations process using the Mahindra Quality Way Play a leading role in the pricing process and methodology Participation in CFTS to impact customer related KPIs.Periodically review subordinates performance and implement actions to meet their Development needs.Training to improve warehouse operations staffs effectiveness and focus on people development across warehouse organization Drive Employee engagement to build Rise culture Preferred Industries Auto / Auto Equipmen Auto ancilliary Spares Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering General
