About the job Assistant Manager _Warehouse
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehousing and Stores Assistant Manager to join our team. In the role, candidate will be responsible for managing logistics & warehousing 3PL partner, inward/outward, capex efficiency & consumption controls in Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow & Ahmedabad with base location at Delhi and travelling required to the mentioned locations. Warehouse & Stores Assistant Manager duties and responsibilities Inventory planning, scheduling and consumption monitoring Collaborate with operation teams for material planning, consumption tracking and efficiency monitoring Determine key supply chain KPIs Suggest solutions for process improvements and optimization Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner Train and evaluate team members & provide constructive feedback Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations Perform general maintenance of tools & machinery used in the warehouse Conduct regular inventory, tools and equipment audit inhouse and via external consultant Enforce all company rules and regulations Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job Communicate with logistics partner to ensure efficient delivery of products 2+ years experience in a warehouse supervisory role Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures Excellent problem-solving skills Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Excellent MS Office/Excel skills for publishing analytics & dashboards to management Warehouse & Stores Assistant requirements and qualifications Previous working experience as a Warehouse & Stores supervisor for at Least 2 years Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, Oracle etc.) Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Great interpersonal and communication skills MBA supply chain, B.tech, BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field Previous experience in the telecom industry will be added advantage Experience :- 4 to 8 Years
