Job Description


What You Will Deliver * Trip Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific logistics requirements for customized trips.
  • Plan and design tailor-made logistics solutions, including transportation, activities, and any other logistical elements.
  • Coordinate with various vendors and service providers to arrange necessary resources and ensure smooth trip execution.
  • Monitor trip progress, addressing any issues or changes in real-time to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in trip operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and legal regulations.
  • Address any non-compliance issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
  • Team Coordination and Support:
  • Collaborate with the operations team to assign and delegate tasks, ensuring proper allocation of resources for trip execution.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in resolving any operational challenges, conflicts, or client complaints that may arise during trip execution.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for trip operations.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their feedback, preferences, and expectations.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the travel or tailor-made logistics industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for trip planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in logistics and travel operations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple trips simultaneously.
