  • Support and Drive performance oriented & engaging culture strong Performance Management practices, R&R, Engagement programms, Communications Platforms etc.
  • Support in driving Learning and Development Opportunities aligned to Business.
  • Support in driving operational excellence by applying data analytics and metrics.
  • Ensure the Hotel is a Great Place to Work.
  • Ensure superior Employer Branding for the Hotel to attract best talents.
  • Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation.
Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 of work experience of which at least 1 year in the similar role.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge.
  • Pre-opening experience would be an added advantage.
  • Strong process orientation;
  • Excellent in People Management skills to manage creative and innovative professionals
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box;
  • Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
