:- Ensure 100% of Sales target assigned FY through Direct OEM and Channel Sales.- Focusing on Existing Customers & generation new Lead- Ensuring the customer building for business growth and retain the existing customers.- To ensure Timely payment collection for the supplies, in line with Management expectations.- Manage the day-to-day activities of sales force in order to implement the Regional sales strategy for IT-Power vertical- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies.- Monitor the performance of the sales teams.Candidate Profile:- B.E. - Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Power Electronics+ MBA (Sales & Marketing)- Work experience: 6 to 14 Years- Experience in B2B & Channel Sales- Lead Generation- Good communication skills (ref:updazz.com)
