Job Title: Assistant Manager - Training
Reporting To: Head of Training

Role Overview
PropertyPistol is looking for a dynamic, process-driven Sales Trainer to strengthen our Learning & Development function. Reporting to the Head of Training, this role plays a critical part in driving sales excellence by equipping teams with effective scripts, strong product knowledge, and winning sales behaviors to succeed in the fast-paced PropTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Facilitation & Delivery
Conduct high-energy classroom and virtual training sessions for Pre-Sales, Direct Sales, and Channel Partner teams
Implement and manage the Train-the-Trainer framework for site leads and managers
Facilitate role plays, mock calls, and objection-handling drills to ensure high script adherence and conversion readiness
2. Content Creation & Instructional Design
Design, develop, and update training modules covering:
Product & Project Knowledge (Projects, Localities, Micromarkets)
Sales Process & Best Practices
CRM and Tech Platform usage
Create engaging training content including presentations, manuals, and short video snippets
Customize training material based on developer USPs and regional micromarkets across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
3. Reporting, MIS & Data Analytics
Own Training MIS including daily and weekly reports on training coverage, attendance, and assessments
Track post-training performance and analyze sales conversion data to measure training effectiveness
Prepare and present monthly Training Impact Reports with actionable insights for leadership
4. On-Ground Auditing & Coaching
Conduct mystery audits of live sales calls and site visits to identify skill gaps
Provide focused one-on-one coaching to bottom-quartile performers based on audit findings
Recommend corrective training interventions to improve batch quality and outcomes
Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Sales Training (Real Estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (MIS, tracking, analytics)
Strong PowerPoint skills for content creation
Communication:
Excellent command over Hindi and English
Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
Availability: Immediate to 15 days' notice
Work Commitment: Comfortable with a 6-day, office-based role
