Job Description
1. Distributor services- Handling queries related to brokerage and Transactions 2. Handing invoices and Payments to CPs 3. Controls on all calculations and payments related to brokerages 4. Onboarding of Channel Partners on Different Product Categories 5. Handling other invoices received from Sales 6. Handling MIS – Business and CP related 7. Handling Project/Development 8. Manage relationship with key service provider’s viz. RTA, contact center service provider and ensure services are delivered as per agreed SLA. 9. Define TATs for resolution of customer queries / complaints in accordance with industry standard and ensure 95% instances TATs are achieved. 10. Ensure all regulatory reporting’s are correctly & timely submitted Preferred Candidate Profile (specifications critical to job success) – Designation- Assistant Manager
- Years of experience in AMC Operations especially in managerial position for last 4 – 8 years
- AMFI certification is mandatory
- Graduate/Post-Graduate (Finance) will be preferred
- Needs to have good written and spoken communication skills
- Needs to have experience in dealing with customers in addition to various external and internal stakeholders
- Needs to be a team player, good relationship, process & people management skills
- Need to have experience in managing vendors / service providers
