Post : Senior sales executive/Asst Sales Manager Salary 45,000 - 50,000 per month based on experience, along with standard benefits of the company. Should be willing to travel within India. Experience : 2-3 years as sales executive or relevant role Reporting to : Director Summary of job is as below: Senior Sales Executive/ Asst Sales manager. We are looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented senior sales executive to drive sales in our India Branch , Based in Mumbai - Mira road, The senior sales representative\'s responsibilities include analysing industry trends to identify ways to improve company sales, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products purchased, as well as submitting sales reports to higher management. You should also be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. To be successful as a senior sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to build rapport with customers. Ultimately, an outstanding senior sales executive should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Sales Executive Requirements and skills : Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of Word and MS Office Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. High school degree / Graduate Meeting Sales Goals Creativity Sales Planning Independence Motivation for Sales Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue. Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals. Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly. Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective. Be knowledgeable about the product. Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs. Empha the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems. Answer questions about the products. Conducting in-depth research on competitors\' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options. Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
