Responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, and supporting Business Development for Integrated Facility Management Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads on a monthly basis
Acquire new clients and conduct client meetings
Prepare and submit proposals and presentations
Support BD team in closing opportunities
Coordinate with operations for costing and service feasibility
KPIs:
Monthly lead generation
Conversion ratio (meetings to closures)
Revenue achievement vs assigned targets
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
2-5 years of B2B sales experience (IFMS preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in IFMS / B2B services will be an advantage.
