Overview This role is responsible for supporting the PBNA Retail team with all sales support activities, including (but not limited to) pricing updates, small account TPM setup & maintenance, customer masterdata maintenance and customer portal update. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities . Building and maintaining TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio and settlements . Process Customer Master data and Pricing request, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements . Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and Pricing on system . Continuous improvement recommendations and implementation . Maintain SOP documentation for all activities Qualifications . Degree qualified in Business / Commerce . Experience of 2-5 years for L4 . Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience . Good Data and Analytical skills . Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills . Proactive, responsive and results driven . High attention to detail
