Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual

Client Engagement
Build strong relationships with individual buyers, investor clients, and channel partners
Provide detailed property insights, pricing structures, payment plans, and legal documentation
Ensure excellent customer experience from the first touchpoint to post-sale support
Address client queries related to project approvals, RERA compliance, and possession timelines
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain up-to-date records of all prospects, leads, site visits, and follow-ups using CRM systems
Collaborate with legal, documentation, marketing, and post-sales teams for smooth client handling
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management
Attend promotional events, launches, and broker meetups as needed
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field
Additional real estate certifications will be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum
7 years of hands-on experience in residential real estate sales
Experience specifically in
selling plots, apartment complexes, and villa projects
Prior roles as a
Senior Sales Executive, Assistant Sales Manager
, or
Team Lead
preferred
Must have experience handling direct buyers, investor clients, and broker networks
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Familiar with RERA guidelines, property laws, and documentation practices
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital communication tools
Highly organized, target-driven, and adaptable to fieldwork
Preferred Attributes:
Local market knowledge (area-wise project awareness, builder portfolios, land value trends)
Strong personal network within the local broker community
Confident in handling site visits, property walk-throughs, and independent negotiations
Able to represent the company at property expos, customer meets, and project launches
