Position: Assistant Manager- EHS Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

• Conducts site EHS audits and ensure compliances.
• Site Coordination between all stake holders.
• Efficient in control and implementation of EHS management system.
• Knowledge of EHS codes and standards.
• Advising contractors for corrective actions and precautions taken.
• Review contractor EHS documents
• Prepare monthly EHS statistics
• Conducts various trainings to contractor workers and staff
• Carry out plant and machinery inspections.
• Coordinating on-site safe construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Finalization of safety requirements & specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters.
• Participating in project safety meetings for evaluating project progress with zero tolerance.
• Providing technical inputs to construction methodology.
• Looking after fire protection, hazard control, form work and scaffolding erection. Construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of safe construction & coordination with site management activities.
• Carrying out duties of safety precaution of men and materials for the accident free works. Identifying & providing safe working condition for all people.
• Ensuring corrective actions if found any lapse.
• Conducting fire and other emergency mock drills regularly.
• Co-ordination with management & consultants on determining technical specifications, commissioning & preparation of safe working plans as per the Government Guidelines.
• Discussions with the Government Agencies to obtain all technical sanctions and approvals for smooth and safe execution of projects.
• Co-ordinating among consultants, contractors and clients.
