Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT . Monthly hold clearance . Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team. . Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT. . Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process .
