Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 Duties and Responsibilities :: Duties and Responsibilities : Key Deliverables: Duties and Responsibilities :: \xe2\x80\xa2 Support field through trouble shooting on system \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT \xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly hold clearance \xe2\x80\xa2 Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process \xe2\x80\xa2 Liasoning with functional team \xe2\x80\x93 Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
