Create and execute sales plans, set sales targets, and assign sales territories.
Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to improve performance.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare forecasts and reports for senior management.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, handle customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and managing contracts.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree / Diploma, in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
8 to 10 years of experience in elevator or construction industry
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening abilities are essential for engaging clients and building rapport.
Strong abilities to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Ability to forecast accurately and implement effective sales tactics in achieving and exceeding sales performance.
