Vendor Management - Manage Invoice Processing, Vendor reviews, conducting Service Review Meetings, Project and vendor management, TPSA activity management.
Capacity Plan - Identification and collection of data for capacity plan preparation, predict and forecast required FTE'S and expected volumes to be handled.
Track and implement strategies to meet budget and improvement plans.
Work with the Head Strategy Process and Controls on tracking budgets, MIS, cap plans, OKRs and projects.
Processes
Actively work with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective vendor management and effective capacity planning.
Work with Business Partners, Product Partners and Risk team members to optimize Strategy and Processes Support Lending and Credit Risk operations teams across countries in ensuring compliance to Policy/Procedures.
Risk Management
Identify and share industry best practices and work with the businesses for their feasibility and implementation.
Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness become apparent and escalate to ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant committees.
Balance business performance delivery and cost management with risk and control matters to ensure that it does not materially threaten the Group remaining within risk appetite.
