Assistant Manager - Revenue Assurance Operations - CA Must

Responsibilities:

Revenue Assurance Oversight:

- Develop and implement revenue assurance strategies to safeguard the company\'s financial health.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate revenue leakage and ensure accurate billing.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of revenue assurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the revenue assurance function.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.

Risk Management:

- Assess and mitigate risks related to revenue assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Develop and maintain effective risk management strategies.

Data Analysis:

- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze revenue streams, identify anomalies, and generate actionable insights.

- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operational teams to ensure alignment in revenue recognition and reporting.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive revenue assurance initiatives.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue assurance metrics, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue assurance processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in revenue assurance or related roles within the [industry/sector].

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
