Job responsibilities:
Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
Supervision stock and cold room operations.
Educate & motivate sales team with briefing periodically.
Support team in marketing & sales activities.
Maintain & record periodically sampling & marketing activities.
Control outstanding following company guidelines & protocols.
Sharing the report to the senior or HO as per requirements.
Develop & penetrate new market.
Management of the Centre and Team.
Business development.
Analysis of Sales performance & resolve issue..
Ensure the record & maintenance of the company asset.
Helping the special tasks if any.
Communicating well with all staff.
Special skills, mental or personality requirements:
Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity to the job, positive and creative thinker.
Computer skills like MS Excel & Power point.
Local candidate.
Languages known: English & Local Language
Excellent negotiation skills are must.
Other Requirements:
Age- 28 to 35Years (Male)
2-Wheeler license is must (4-wheeler license is preferable)
