Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations efficiently. Supervise staff performance, ensure grooming and hygiene standards are maintained. Support in training and motivating team members to deliver excellent guest service. Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and promptly. Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering and maintaining cost control. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards. Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations. Support in planning and executing promotions, special events, and staff welfare activities. Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
