Designation: Assistant Manager Quality Assurance & Supplier Management -Remote
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager QA & Supplier Management, based in Kerala. The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance processes, manage supplier relationships, and handle extensive travel to vendor locations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to maintain consistent quality standards across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular supplier audits, inspections, and quality checks.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Implement corrective actions and follow-up procedures for quality deviations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on quality requirements, documentation, and compliance.
• Prepare and present QA reports, supplier performance reviews, and analysis.
• Travel extensively across Kerala and other regions to monitor supplier quality and operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, industry best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.
• 7 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Management, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Strong knowledge of QA tools, audits, and supplier development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for supplier visits and audits.
• Preferred age range: 35 40 years.
