Role : The Assistant Manager (Projects)
Reporting : AVP, Projects
He / She will assist the Projects Function and work in coordination with the Project Lead in setting up New
Offices and Refurbishments in existing centres towards Office Interior Fitouts and Modifications (Fitouts
including Civil, Interiors, Modular Furniture, Networking, HVAC, Fire Fighting and MEP).SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Preparing BoMs and BoQs
? Assisting project Lead in empanelling the turnkey vendors and sector specific vendors
? Take part in negotiations with vendors
? Preparing project plan and execution schedules (knowledge of Gantt chart or any other Project
implementation tool is preferred)
? Approving GFC Drawings
? Monitoring the ongoing projects
? Responsible for publishing DPRs (Daily Project Reports) to senior management
? Coordinate with all project stakeholders (including IT, Sales and Centre Operations Team)
? Preparing final report of project including As Build Drawings in coordination with the VendorREQUIREMENTS TO SUCCEED
? 3 - 5 years hands on experience in Office Interiors
? Understanding of the CAD drawings of layouts, material specifications (BoMs) and BoQs required for
the project.
? Knowledge of HVAC, F&F, MEP, Modular furniture etc required for office interiors shall be desirable
? Process-oriented and excellent presentation skills.
? Ability to work well under pressure, odd timings and can work independently with minimal
supervision.DESIRABLE
? BE (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/ Architecture)
? Candidates with Diploma may be considered with reasonable knowledge/experience
? Specialised in Office Interior from any institute of National repute
? Holding Certification in Project Management will be an added advantageJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per yearSchedule:
