Job Description

Key Responsibilities- Conduct extensive market coverage of hospitality chains, promoters/builders, architects, PMCs, and consultants.- Take complete ownership of assigned hospitality accounts and ensure sustained business generation.- Add new hospitality clients and expand business with existing customers.- Establish and promote all CBS verticals within hospitality projects.- Introduce and promote new products and solutions launched by the company.- Ensure BOQs, mock-ups, and technical alignment at early project stages and secure orders thereafter.- Convert existing hotel chains into long-term CBS users.- Drive sales promotion and business development through personal meetings, client visits, and plant/orientation center visits.- Build strong one-to-one relationships with Chief Engineers, Executive Housekeepers, Project Teams, and key decision-makers.- Plan and achieve targets chain-wise, unit-wise, promoter-wise, and consultant-wise.- Conduct a minimum of 180 productive external customer meetings per month as per company norms.- Coordinate with internal teams (including BSI) to ensure excellent customer care and post-sales support.- Responsible for revenue generation from the Hospitality segment.Functional Requirements (Experience & Skills - Hardware)- Proven experience in market development and business growth within hospitality or allied sectors.- Strong exposure to market creation and concept selling, beyond transactional product selling.- Ability to sell on brand strength, service capability, and reach, not discounts.- Experience in managing goals, performance reviews, and continuous self-improvement.- Comfortable working with systems, MIS, and daily reporting structures.- Strong relationship management and service orientation.Personality Traits :- Pleasing personality with street-smart business acumen.- Ability to engage and influence senior management and key decision-makers in the hospitality sector.- High levels of flexibility, adaptability, and maturity.- Strong need creation, concept selling, and convincing skills.- Solution-oriented mindset with a win-win approach to long-term relationship building.- Entrepreneurial attitude with ownership-driven thinking.- Capability to assess situations and respond with sound judgment.
