Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Product Engineering

In this role, you shall be responsible for Design & implement Talent Match wide change management strategy.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Able to understand requirements and work with Product Owners in Human Resources functions and sub functions to develop new features and functionality in Learning products.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of product design and tech platform is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Good in Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good in Executive presence as interaction with senior stakeholders is a requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Help in unit and integration testing and change management.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications.

\xc2\xb7 MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field

Preferred qualifications
