Job Description

1. Logistics & Dispatch Planning

• Work closely with Peer managers to gather dispatch plan from CMOs & arrange timely logistics – Sea or Air – for dispatch to Market
• Coordinate closely with Forwarders, Transporters, & other vendors for palletization & stuffing needs and container availability
• Manage inventory of Data loggers, Thermal Blankets (need-basis)
• Engage with CWH stakeholders & forwarders to plan transitory stocking & dispatch for onward shipments
• Inventory management to ensure that Exports inventory is optimized for Working capital efficiency and space utilization

2. Documentations & Master data Management

• Maintain Master data of existing & new Flows and ensure Pricing & new flow setup across Pivots & Market before shipments launched
• Ensure documents – LC, BL, PL, COA in order before shipment and necessary changes before shipment timelines
• Keep track on document changes like Shipper labels, consignee details, and provide timely to CMOs the updated docs
• Process POs & ensure Invoice processing for vendors on time

3. Stakeholder Management

• Ensure adequate communication to market, peers, vendors & CMOs on shipment updates
• 2. Provide annual logistical volumes and shipment details for Budgeting and Contract negotiations
• 3. Contribute in projects with logistics aspect from EM India Supply chain team
• 4. Drive weekly calls with Forwarders to track shipment performance, and enhance support from vendors for seamless logistics

4. Transactions, Data & Dashboard

• Update detailed shipment data on Exports Dashboard as per defined frequency
• Analyze logistical data, explore alternate routes and levers to reduce shipment costs & strengthen logistics

5. Deputation of Responsibility

• In absence, the responsibility of Decision making of Supply chain matters are upward delegated to Sr. Manager Supply Chain & follow up on Supply chain activities are delegated to peers (Manager Supply chain) & TSE in the team
