Assistant Manager Payroll Gurugram, Haryana, India The Global Payroll Hub team currently supports payroll for 16 locations across the globe which includes APAC, Europe, US region. Our primary function is to coordinate with the local HR Operations/ HR Manager/Payroll Administrator and share those inputs with the Payroll vendors for payroll processing. After the payroll is processed, the payroll vendor shares the agreed set of reports which are being checked by the Hub team, and any errors identified are rectified before sharing those reports with the Local Payroll administrator/HR Manager for their approval. Once the payroll is approved, the Hub team coordinates with the payroll vendor for Net salary payout, any statutory payment/filling, etc. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include Managing and implementing the end-to-end payroll cycle from collating the inputs, reviewing the output, statutory filings, etc. Checking of any anomalies in the payroll data versus the myHR (HRIS) and taking appropriate actions. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for managing the regulatory/compliance reporting. Support reviewing and posting of payroll journals. Run and audit various reports to make sure data accuracy and quality. Make sure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Audit Time and Labor system to make sure compliance. Follow up with managers and colleagues as needed. Update the various internal Sharepoint sites to make sure payroll information is up-to-date. Assist colleagues with payroll queries including salary, benefits, tax, and password resets. Manage the US and Canada payroll Outlook mailboxes and respond to queries. Support Canada, the US, and Bermuda with employment verification requests. Support with ad hoc reports and project requests as needed. Coordination with internal and external audits, if required You will report to the Regional Payroll Manager. SHARE your talent We\'re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize work. Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal controls, and payroll taxes. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels. Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients. Highly responsive to changing demands. Proficient with payroll software. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Desired Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of UG Backoffice and Web. Experience using Oracle Fusion HRIS system.
