Your Role

End to end responsibility of supporting the Source to Pay processes and operations across management units of the Tea business

Involvement in the design and set up of PTP Shared Service Centre operations for a newly formed organization

Supporting the P2P Manager in driving efficient operations in areas of Sourcing, PR-PO, SRM, Vendor Life cycle, Invoicing till payment, T&E and Query management.

Partner with third party service provider, business stakeholders, controls, IT and other support functions to provide seamless service delivery and innovative projects

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across the P2P cycle (including upstream Procurement process)

Drive adherence to TeaCo Control Framework. Ongoing Projects - ad hoc depending on business needs

Your Key Responsibilities

Fully involve in design set up and automation initiatives including testing

Accountable for third party service provider / managed services operations for Source to Pay function and other areas too

Takes direct ownership of objectives with high levels of self-assurance to achieve goals.

Bringing powerful analysis to issues and rapidly absorbing new information and knowledge to apply new techniques, technology, and procedures.

Impactful and flexible in communicating and influencing the issues with the ability to work across metrices of functions.

Accountable and responsible for ensuring Global finance controls

Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:

Reports into Source to Pay - Manager

Head of Global Business Service / Shared Service

TeaCo local market financial controllers

Third party service providers

Auditors

Skills and Experience

A semi-qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA in relevant function / Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance

Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience preferably in FMCG industry

Strong understanding of Source to Pay standards

Strong financial / business / commercial acumen

A stint in Procurement finance or Global Shared services environment will be preferred
