: Assistant Manager (Operations) Roles and Responsibility: \xef\x82\xa7 Placing orders to vendors \xef\x82\xa7 Product purchase planning \xef\x82\xa7 Manage and liaison with freight and forwarders \xef\x82\xa7 Processing of placed orders/ generating invoices \xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, AWB, E-Way bills, etc., for ongoing shipments. \xef\x82\xa7 Scan Barcodes for incoming and outgoing goods \xef\x82\xa7 Responding/In territory to customer messages in e-commerce platforms. \xef\x82\xa7 Coordinating with 3pl team to process the order on time. \xef\x82\xa7 Complete responsibility of team output/ KRA. \xef\x82\xa7 Complete responsibility of the entire warehouse operations. \xef\x82\xa7 Complete responsibility of the stores. Goods inside the warehouse. \xef\x82\xa7 Should take care of labour management and responsible for the day-to-day output. \xef\x82\xa7 Make sure that all the received orders are verified dispatched. \xef\x82\xa7 Manager and liaison with customs House Agent for timely clearance \xef\x82\xa7 Manage and reduce the cost of import purchase. Basic requirements: any graduation \xef\x82\xa7 Min experience in 5 years of logistics/courier/ e-commerce platforms/ warehouse. \xef\x82\xa7 Min 80% aggregate throughout the semester \xef\x82\xa7 Complete ownership of the orders been placed. \xef\x82\xa7 Complete ownership of the orders been dispatched. \xef\x82\xa7 Flexible and capable enough to handle at least 10 members of the team. \xef\x82\xa7 Complete responsibility for the entire ops team\'s performance \xef\x82\xa7 Handling logistics partners and vehicle vendors. \xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of cities in zone-wise/District wise \xef\x82\xa7 Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
