We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Marketing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with labs, hospitals, oncologists, pathologists and cancer specialists to enhance our presence in the oncology sector.
This role focuses on driving efforts to increase patient referrals for oncology-specific tests at Oncopathology Lab, with a significant emphasis on collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote Oncopathology Lab's oncology testing services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with oncologists and cancer specialists to facilitate patient referrals.
Implement marketing Strategies aimed at enhancing Oncopathology Lab's visibility within the oncology community, including not limited to, organizing seminars, workshops, and participating in relevant conferences,
Track and analyze data, market trends, and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed
Work closely with internal departments such as operations and laboratory teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address relevant concerns.
Result Areas (KRAS):
Number of new labs and hospital partnerships established and maintained.
Frequency and quality of engagements with oncologists leading to increased patient referrals.
Achievement of targets related to oncology test referrals and revenue generation.
Effectiveness of marketing initiatives in enhancing brand visibility within the oncology sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
A Master's degree is advantageous.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably with a focus on oncology products or services.
Proven track record of establishing and managing relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, including key stakeholders and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Willingness to travel as required to meet business objectives.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in organizing medical conferences, workshops, and other promotional events.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to marketing healthcare services
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
