Provides technical advice to customers and helps to develop proposals based on customer\'s requirements. Responsible for engagement with local customers as well maintaining updated documents and processes to enhance the performance of sales engineering. Key Responsibilities: AHU/ Air side selections , preparing and sharing proposals to channel partners. VRF , Light Commercial and Split offer preparation and sharing with channel partner Updating and tracking enquiries on CRM Supporting channel partners on VRF selections Preparing and sharing technical submittals for CA airside , VRF and LC products Obtain support from Tech Support team to provide solutions for channel partners/ customers Communicating and obtaining pricing and technical support from overseas factories.
