Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Direct Taxation
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Direct Tax (Post Qualified CA)
Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Desired Skills: * Direct Tax Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Direct Tax, specifically gained in a CA firm or a Big Four accounting firm.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability as a fast learner, with excellent research and interpretation skills in the field of Direct Taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee direct tax compliance and consulting services for clients.
• Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate interpretation and application.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor tax solutions accordingly.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in Direct Tax.
