Job Description
* Incumbent would be handling end to end employee life-cycle management for a BU
r * The role requires the incumbent to ensure the corporate policies and processes are implemented and adhered to.
r * Should have handled blue collared staff
r * Should have adept knowledge of Statutory Compliance
r * Responsible for employee touch-point, should be able to partner the business and address the employee grievances and coordinate with concerned department/ site heads for smooth operations of the business
r * The role would require the incumbent to do site visits monthly once within Mumbai and outside Mumbai locations as per business requirement.
r * The role would also be responsible to handled the operational admin related issues for Mumbai region.
r * Liase with Labour officers and other agencies for ESIC & PF related matters.
