- Accountable for DTCP working procedure & liasioning. To gather market information about land prices & new land details. To establish a network of land brokers. Developing key relationships with govt officials. Effective follow up of legal matters. Compliance management, drafting & vetting Handling all the legal related matters for Gurgaon The Successful Applicant A qualified professional with 4to 6 years of progsive and relevant work experience. Skilled in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for delivering top line and bottom-line growth, considering cost impacts. Skills 1. Legal 2. Vetting 3. Liaison 4. RERA 5. DTCP
- Work independently or with limited supervision. High willingness and ability to learn Ability to lead from the front and a hands-on approach Goes in depth of issues and can provide structure to unstructured problems/issues. Very Good oral and written communication skills.
