\xc2\xb7 Lead the Human Resource Department with General Manager and leadership to align HR strategies with our business goals and our Culture Beliefs.

\xc2\xb7 Lead end-to-end recruitment \xe2\x80\x93 source, screen, interview, on-board.

\xc2\xb7 Uphold and Guide employees and managers on HR policies and relations.

\xc2\xb7 Organise and administer Employee Engagement & Development activities.

\xc2\xb7 Champion an inclusive workplace culture and promote Responsible Business initiatives.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree (Master\'s a plus) in HR, Business, or similar.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years HR experience, 3 years in an Executive or above role.

\xc2\xb7 Strong HR knowledge and communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Discreet, professional, and proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
