Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements

Employee Engagement & Relations

Organize engagement activities and feedback sessions Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment

Payroll & Compliance

Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity) Maintain accurate attendance and leave records

HR Operations

Maintain employee records (physical and digital) Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation

Performance Management

Support appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes Track KPIs and assist in performance reviews

Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external programs Maintain training records and feedback analysis

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,204.02 - ?59,221.49 per month
