Job Title: Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 HR Experience: 5 years Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Sourcing resumes and applications \xc2\xb7 Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews \xc2\xb7 Communicating and explaining the organization\'s HR policies to the employees \xc2\xb7 Conducting employee engagement activities \xc2\xb7 Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management \xc2\xb7 Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality \xc2\xb7 Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities \xc2\xb7 Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee \xc2\xb7 Employee retention \xc2\xb7 Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have \xc2\xb7 Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue \xc2\xb7 Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation \xc2\xb7 Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly \xc2\xb7 Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization \xc2\xb7 Handling the full and final settlement of the employees Interested candidates can share their CVs at shobha@anovip.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
