Specialties Invisible Smile Aligners, Dental Implants, Smile Makeover, Root Canal, Teeth Whitening, Dental Veneers, Digital Consultation, and At Home Services Industry: Health, Wellness & Fitness : We are looking for a potential TA specialist, who are looking for a high growth, high ownership role filled with an opportunity to learn in fast pace environment. The role involves managing Leadership hiring and Campus hiring and would involve working closely with the top management & other business leaders on their hiring requirements. Designation: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition Experience: 4+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably Healthcare (dentistry) sector Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources Management Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Work cross functionally and foster strong consultative relations with key stakeholders Lead the efforts in closing leadership mandates across business functions Ensures the team implements the Recruitment Plan as per the Annual Operating Plan Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job portals, and professional networks), Internal Job Postings, Employee Referrals, Recruitment Database, Job fairs, Campus interviews etc and evaluating Function/Region Transfer options Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and Create a pool of talent in pipeline by leveraging social media to attract passive in-person interviews candidates Ensures that the Job Requisition Forms are completed for all positions sourced New/Replacements Assess candidate information, Applicant Tracking System including resumes and contact details, using our Liaison with the HR Operations/Administration/IT/Learning & Development Team to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions competency based interviews either through VC/Telephone/In-Person requirements Conduct interactions Lead employer branding initiatives Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Lead Campus strategy (Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges) Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it Requirements and skills: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role At least 3+ years of strong experience in Leadership hiring Healthcare industry knowledge would be an added advantage Should be well versed and have handled Tech Hirings in the past Experience in Hiring for dental positions would be preferred Experience in Bulk Hiring for Sales & Operations profiles would be preferred Recruitment tracker management Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment and consistently meet hiring deadlines Ensure the formulation and implementation of a cost effective Recruitment Plan Strong understanding of the Indian Start-ups and Talent availability Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Naukri, Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and Indeed, LinkedIn etc) evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations A zeal to learn & grow
