Location: Brunton Road Cross Near Garuda Mall, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025 Designation: Assistant manager HR Reporting to \xe2\x80\x93 Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Human Resources HYBRID JOB Experience: 7 to 10 years CTC: depends on profile and skills and expertise |Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline Please note: 80% of their profile should be TA , talent acquisition and recruitment. Office hours will be 8AM to 7 PM {employees have the flexibility to login for 9 hours ) Mon. to Sat. (We also work on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays {from home}. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Source, screen and acquire talent appropriate for open positions
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline and an active database of candidates to meet the hiring targets of the organization within TAT
  • Develop new recruitment partners and maintain regular interaction with the current partners, utilizing social media and other networks to identify and source industry relevant partners.
  • Responsible to maintain candidate database, ensure all information relevant to the candidate is up to date (resume, skills, assessment scores etc) and is documented and available for all stages of recruitment
  • Support the onboarding process ensuing all candidate documents are in place as part of the onboarding checklist
  • As the first point of contact in the recruitment process, be a strong representative of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s culture and ethics
HR Operations
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees w.r.t organizational policies & compliance
  • Share daily and weekly Biometric Attendance, ensuring data is maintained correctly and up to date
  • Maintain employee database and relevant documentation from Onboarding to Exit, supporting the Employee Verification Process
  • Support the Admin team in office maintenance, staff requests, vendor management for housekeeping and other services
Employee engagement
  • Engage actively with employees across all functions, supporting the organization in strengthening its people agenda
  • Support the Senior HR manager in developing and publishing staff engagement calendars monthly
  • Organize group activities weekly/ monthly/ quarterly

  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external interactions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with people and build deep and high- quality relationships
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
