Desired Profile: MBA-HR / Graduate with 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in recruitment at Courier / Logistic Industry with knowledge of HR Processes like Attendance, Payroll, Compliance, Reports, etc. Good network for sourcing / recruitment of delivery boys and logistic staff. Should have own laptop, bike and smart phone. Willing to travel at multiple locations for Campus, Induction, Interviews, networking. Should be able to handle team of 5-6 people. Job Responsibilities: 1. Will work as a link between staffing customers, Recruitment, Payroll & Compliance team. 2. Coordinating with new companies to get once new client signed for temporary Staffing every month. 3. Understanding Manpower Requirements and work with HR Team in getting them close on top priority. 4. Building Relationship with companies to get new employees added on Eternal HR\xe2\x80\x99s Payroll. 5. Developing new sourcing network for talent acquisition. 6. Giving online Demonstration of HRMS, Sending company\xe2\x80\x99s introduction, proposals to new staffing prospects. 7. Meeting HR Person of companies for GAP ANALYSIS between Customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation and our service delivery. 8. Providing Solution to companies according to their needs. 9. Employee\xe2\x80\x99s Induction & Joining documentation, Adhaar, ID cards, Attendance & Biometric, Bank a/c Opening, Trainings, etc. 10. Supporting Customer in Compliance Audit related to PF, ESIC, PTAX, LWF, etc. 11. Ensuring timely payment collection of salaries, reimbursement and all service charges from clients.
