Job Responsibilities: -
Human Resources:
Talent Acquisition and On Boarding:
? Handling Complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Start to End Process.
? Effectively partner with functional heads and recruitment agencies for recruiting activities.
? Taking care of on - boarding formalities and maintaining employees Personal Files.
? Organizing induction program, Conduct HR Session and complete joining formalities for new employees.
Exits:
? Responsible for complete Exit process, includes- Exit Interview, Full & Final Settlement, Experience cum relieving letters
Payroll / Processing & Statutory Compliances:
Training & Employee Engagement:
? Designed and delivered internal and external training sessions, covering technical competencies and personal development; ensured thorough documentation and feedback collection for continuous improvement.
? Managed internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, team meetings, and pulse group sessions to strengthen employee engagement and organizational transparency.
? Coordinated employee engagement activities such as team-building events, festive celebrations, and workplace fun initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
? Led health and well-being programs, promoting employee wellness through targeted initiatives and awareness campaigns.
Policies & Processes Management:
? Collaborated with management teams and department heads to review, develop, and update company-wide and HR-specific policies
Performance Management and Reward & Recognition:
? Designed and implemented a structured Performance Management System (PMS) with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and individual goals, reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
? Facilitated the end-to-end performance appraisal process by supporting employees in goal setting, KRA documentation, self-assessment, and team evaluations.
? Drafted and coordinated the issuance of revision, increment, and promotion letters in partnership with department heads, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Employee Relation & Grievance Handling:
? Effectively managed employee grievances with a high level of empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a positive and respectful workplace culture.
Administrative:
? Schedule and coordinate meetings, events including travel arrangements
? Negotiated with vendors to secure optimal pricing and quality for office assets and services, contributing to cost efficiency.
Streamlined logistics operations across multiple branch offices in Asia, enhancing efficiency and inter-office coordination.

Pay: ?17,182.27 - ?59,173.35 per month
