Job Description

The Assistant Manager - HR supports overall human resource operations of the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, payroll coordination, and HR administration, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding



Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations and support departments Coordinate interviews, selection, and joining formalities Manage induction and onboarding programs

HR Operations & Administration



Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR MIS Handle attendance, leave management, and shift rosters Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing Issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, etc.)

Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws



Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and labor laws Handle inspections and liaison with government authorities Maintain statutory registers and records

Employee Relations



Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters Promote positive work culture and employee engagement activities Support performance management and appraisal processes

Training & Development



Coordinate training calendars and skill development programs Track training hours and maintain training records

Policies & Audits



Implement HR policies and SOPs as per company standards Assist during internal and external audits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
