is responsible for monitoring and controlling all food and beverage (F&B) costs across the organization. This includes tracking inventory, auditing purchases and consumption, and working closely with procurement, kitchen, and service teams to ensure efficient cost management. The role plays a key part in maintaining profitability while upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cost control systems and procedures for the F&B department.
Monitor daily F&B revenues and consumption; investigate variances and provide reports to management.
Track inventory levels; conduct monthly and surprise stocktakes of all F&B stores.
Analyze and report on cost variances, wastage, spoilage, and breakage.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, transfers, and requisitions.
Work closely with the purchasing team to verify incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders.
Review supplier invoices to ensure pricing matches agreed contracts.
Monitor recipe costs and suggest pricing adjustments to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to control portion sizes and reduce waste.
Support the preparation of period-end inventory reports and audit trails.
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting related to F&B costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and hygiene standards.
Train F&B staff on cost awareness and proper inventory handling procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
