Job Description
:
1. Interpretation of Drawing
2. Preparing/Checking of Bar Bending Schedule
3. Allotting Work to Labors
4. Supervision of Construction Work
5. Preparing Schedule of Material Used and Available
6. Plotting Line Level on Construction Site
7. Preparing Work Chart Schedule
8. Checking Steel Work of Slab, Beam, & Column Before Concreting
9. Checking & Arranging shuttering material for Concreting Work - ALUMINIUM FORMWORK
10. Monitoring Layout/Checking of Blockwork, plaster, waterproofing works.
11. Keeping Note of Each and Every Casting Work
12. Getting the work done on site in time to achieve the target, assist Project Manager on site.
13. To maintain quality of all civil work, to monitor timely progress, specifications, and safety standards.
14. Checking & execution of Interior/Finishing works
15. Snagging/Desnagging of Residential apartment.
15. Experience in Handing over of Residential apartment will be an added advantage
