JOB TITLE :- ASSISTANT MANAGER -SUPPLY PLANNING


The Assistant Manager - Execution will be responsible for managing a part of the FMCG Private Label brands portfolio. The role will involve vendor management and business planning. Should handle the Demand and Supply planning and execution for private label portfolio with regards to supplies from vendor to distribution centres and stores. Must be able to manage forecasting based on past trends. Will be responsible for in-store merchandising, promotional plans and supporting activities for existing portfolio and new launches. Should be able to plan and implement the new launches across markets. Must have sound working knowledge to monitor and evaluate market trends and data to identify oppurtunities for extending existing portfolio and entering new categories. The role requires making recommendations for maximizing revenue and profitability.



Candidate profile
Internal/ External - Graduate/MBA with 5-10 years of experience with good exposure in handling Supply Chain/Sales & Marketing. Industry Preferred - Retail/ Hospitality/ Service/ Manufacturing. Age 25-35 years. Exposure to working in Modern Trade/ FMCG will be preferred.

Qualifying skills to get the job at the interview /previous Grade
Ability to develop relationship and influence at all levels within the organisation and with external vendors is required. Must have the capability to manage multiple tasks.
Skills required: Good interpersonal qualities, communication and high process orientation with strong bias for action. Must have the ability to work as a team player and work independently with minimal supervision. Is Result oriented.
